More efficient solar cells float in a water to be cooled!
The solar-panel system from PyronSolar is based on the use of acrylic lenses that focus the light of the sun on solar panels. Since this technique makes the cells so hot that they can burn asphalt in seconds, the cells are made to float on water making them one of a kind.
The new technology uses solar cells that magnify the sun by 500 times.
The company claims that a cluster of cells about the size of team’s logo on a football field produces the same amount of energy as an entire football field full of conventional flat panels. So the biggest advantage is the size.
