A company from Wyoming is producing solar panels for cars. The company is developing solar cells which are couple of inches thick and large enough to fit on the roof of your car…. Pretty cool. The solar system like this is capable to supply power to a variety of elements in your car!
The roof-mounted solar panels could also be used to start the car, when your main battery fails, which could be a big advantage. I think this is a quite useful accessory for your car. Don’t you think?

Start the car? REALLY? Now that would be amazing but I just don’t believe this panel can provide that kind of cranking amps.
