Nissans ZEV – Zero Emission Vehicle
Nissan has a prototype 5-seater ZEV that will be ready for sale in 2010. At the beginning, the car will be only available to be purchased in fleets. Then later on (in 2012), it could be available to the mass market.
Nissan promises they will be cheap (Hopefully). And this is before the $7,500 tax incentive will be granted as part of the final bill. So the end user price could be about 20 000$.
